TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check-in/Check-out: check in is from 5pm and check out is 11am. If you wish for earlier or later check-in/check-out times please notify us in advance. We are flexible, so please let us know your requirements.

Smoking:5 Acres Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking environment. However smoking is permitted outside with doors closed behind you if smoke detectors are activated by smoking a fee will be charged. Please take into consideration when smoking not to inconvenience other guests.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:

No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details.

Your credit card details are held on file to confirm your booking. Payment will be taken on the morning of departure.

Please note we reserve the right to charge 3% on all credit card transactions. Currently we do not apply these fees but need to note we reserve the right should we choose to do so in the future.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Bookings can be received by phone, email or online and are confirmed upon receipt of your credit card details. Any cancellations or amendments to your bookings must be made by email to: info@5acres.co.nz to create a paper trail (or cancellation fee may apply)

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Care, Linen and Cleaning: At all times the house and facilities must be treated with care, so that damage is not caused. The rooms are fully serviced with all linen and towels supplied.
